Oatmeal Pancake

I love to get oatmeal in my family breakfast, simple, healthy, and contains good nutrient. That's why, I always searching the simplest oats recipes presented for breakfast or other meals.

Pancake is common recipe, but it will a little bit different if you adding oats inside and you get honey for the topping. Yum... honey and oats, this combination really make you feel brighter to start your day with good nutrients for your body.


Do you wondering how the taste is? No need to worry, you will get the great food with the best taste. Wait...am I over react about this food? I don't think so since I knew the taste is good. But if you think so, you better make one for your breakfast. So...Let’s cooking!!!!


Oatmeal Pancake
Source : Sedap Khusus Pemula 10/III/03

Ingredients :
150 gr all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp sugar
25 gr oatmeal, mashed
250 ml milk
50 gr butter, melted
honey for topping, as your taste.

Direction :
  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and oatmeal
  2. Pour the milk and stir gently until blended.
  3. Add melted margarine. Stir again.
  4. Pour batter onto nonstick pan. After drying, turning.
  5. Remove and serve with pouring honey on top.

Tip!!!!!!
The use of oatmeal can be added and subtracted according to taste. But subtract the amount of flour according to the amount of oatmeal is added.
