Roti Sobek (Tear Bread)

Yippee......finally, after two times of failure i have my own tear bread. It just like have a great present for me, remembering i succeed made all my tear bread before ending at the trash can.... hiks...hiks... T_T
I made this tear bread with three kind of flavor, chocolate, cheese, and blueberry. And sprinkled the top with sesame. All of the flavor taste terrific for me, just yummm.... !!!!! ^^

Roti sobek (Tear Bread)

Ingredients:
500 g high protein flour
3 egg yolks
100 gr sugar
30 g milk powder
11 g instant yeast
5 g salt
250 ml water
100gr butter / margarine
½ tsp bread improver

Ingredients contents: (as you like)
Grated cheddar cheese
Chocolate rice
Blueberry jam

Ingredients polish, beat flat with a fork:
1 whole egg, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbs water.


Method :

In the container, combine the flour, sugar, milk powder, instantyeast, mix well. Pour the egg yolk and water, knead until smoothhalf, add butter and salt. continue knead until smooth and slipperyright.

Weigh the dough each 40 grams, rounded. Let rise for about 15minutes. Deflated it, then fill with 1 tbs of the content, rounded back and put it in a round baking pan / box, let rise 30 minutes or more,until you feel lighter.

Brush the surface with polish ingredients, sprinkle with grated cheese or sesame, oven until cooked or approximately 15 minutes with a temperature of 180'C
