Chiffon Cheese Cake Ketan Hitam

I made this cake in the last school holiday, this my first experience baked a chiffon cake. But, I was slightly disappointed with the result. It's caused by my impatience waiting for the cake completely cold. Then i forced to release the wall of the cake with a knife when the cake is still hot, so as most of the cake layer still stuck to the pan, and make the shape of the cake less smooth. But, ignoring the fault.... this cake had a fabulous taste... I really love it.... and highly recommended!!!!!

Kue Lumpur (Mud Cake)

This is the Indonesian traditional food, but i don't know where  the idea named of this cake "Kue Lumpur" or mud cake. Maybe the texture of this cake same as mud, so smooth....but don't ask the taste...it just great, sweet from the sugar of course, savory from the coconut milk, and sour from the raisins.....
I made this cake with a tiny shape...not for some reason but this is the only mold i had at home ^^

Cream Cheese Banana Nut Bread

I made this bread about two months ago, and and just had time to post them now - lazy me!!!! -. Actually, i found this recipe here at first. But it seems, the recipe has been modified. And i go to the original recipe linked in this blog....and after seeing along I was more interested with the original recipe where the flour that used is combination with the whole wheat flour, that's what attracted me!!!!!

Roti Sobek (Tear Bread)

Yippee......finally, after two times of failure i have my own tear bread. It just like have a great present for me, remembering i succeed made all my tear bread before ending at the trash can.... hiks...hiks... T_T
I made this tear bread with three kind of flavor, chocolate, cheese, and blueberry. And sprinkled the top with sesame. All of the flavor taste terrific for me, just yummm.... !!!!! ^^
