250 gr fresh strawberries 75 gr confectioner's sugar 200 ml skimmed milk (I USED LOW FAT MILK) Juice from 1/2 small size lemon juice
Method: puree the strawberries until smooth, add the remaining ingredients. For a smooth result remove the pips by sieving. put the mixture into ice cream maker, and follow the instructions on the packaging. Or if you do not use ice cream maker, puree all ingredients in a blender and then put into the freezer.
