Di dalam resep harusnya pake 3 buah pisang ukuran besar, karena judulnya ngabisin pisang aku pakenya 7 bh pisang ukuran sedang. Jadinya texture cakenya jadi lembut...karena pemakaian pisang yang banyak. Rasanya enak, not to sweet...sesuai dengan selera orang rumah.
Whole Wheat Banana Cashew Loaf

Ingredients :
115 gr / 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature ( I used margarine)
115 gr / 1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
115 gr/ 1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
50 gr/ 1/2 cup wholemeal / whole wheat flour
3 large ripe bananas (I used 7 medium ripe bananas)
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 gr / 1/3 cup chopped walnut (I used cashew)
I added 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C.Line the base and sides of a loaf tin (pan) with baking parchment and grease the paper.
- With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift the plain flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon over the butter mixture and stir to blend.
- Stir in the wholemeal / whole wheat flour and flaxseed.
- With thhe fork, mash banana to a puree, than stir into the mixture. Stir in the vanilla and nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread level.
- Bake until skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack.
